Vika Gazinskaya Fall - Winter 2011,Cycles & Seasons

March is the month, when fashion blooms in Russia. "Cycles & Seasons" is a fashion week which is a very good opportunity for  young designers to show their creations for everyone. Vika Gazinskaya is not a new designer for Russian and European fashion lovers ( her collection was in  the window of Parisian "Colette" store). Here is the picture of that window space:

Hello, dear readers!
We realize that it's been quite a while since we last posted a message, but there are tons of stuff going on around us and we slightly couldn't manage to handle everything. That happens :)
We have a few things to say. First is that we would like to share our compassion for Japan and say that we are grieving with them. We have some friends from Japan and we know how nice all of them are, so it really hurts to hear about all those terrible events there. We pray for Japan and hope that they will get over this tragedy and get back on the track soon.
 The second thing is that we're back with the new set of pictures! Our friend threw a party so we decided to take some pictures on our way to her place. Enjoy!

New York Fashion Week: Inspirations and Favorites

So The NY Fashion Week is over and it's time when we decided to pick our favorite shows, designers and outfits.
A couple of words about the NYFW 2011. This week was one of the best fashion weeks New York ever had. Lots of designers, new shapes, bold colours and graphic prints were shown in a new way.
Here's our selection:


Alexander Wang

 He's been one of our favorite designers for a long time and we were unpatiently anticipating his new collection and was completely what we were waiting for: sporty, but chic quilted leather capes and jackets, loose-fit skirts and fantastic shoes. This is what Wang is all about.

Jason Wu

This collection is one of the best collections of the whole Week. Our ultimate favorite. The collection is youthful and luxurious at the same time. It begins with more casual pants and sweaters and gets more playful and feminine with printed silk blouses and dresses. Wu ended the collection with the extremely beautiful gowns. Stunning, tich colors, expensive fabrics and wonderful collection as a result.

Proenza Schouler

One of the season's must-haves! Sharp, graphic ornaments inspired by South American crafts and designs, audaciously combined colors and prints instantly add this collection to all fashionstas' wish lists.
